Let’s build a full-on delicious dinner that says “Daaaamn, who needs a steakhouse?”

  3. Pour in cream + broth + parmesan + seasoning. Stir until creamy and irresistible.
  4. Return chicken, cover and simmer till it’s cooked through and the sauce is thick and romantic.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and prepare for swooning.

Perfect for soaking up all that saucy goodness.

  • Boil peeled potatoes until fork-tender
  • Mash with butter, cream, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper
  • Top with a little more melted butter because why not?

Side 2: Roasted Green Beans with Parmesan
You need something green on the plate to pretend we’re being balanced.

  • Toss green beans in olive oil or butter, garlic, salt, and pepper
  • Roast at 400°F for 15–20 min
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and a squeeze of lemon before serving
  • Throw in some spinach

Bread: Cheesy Garlic Knots (Because Bread is Life)

  • Store-bought pizza dough? We love shortcuts.
  • Twist into knots, brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with cheese
  • Bake till golden and bubbly
  • Serve with extra sauce for dipping = YES.
  • If he like spinach and cheese throw some in the dough! And I said some not huge amounts subtly is the key 😉

Ingredients:

12 oz wide egg noodles

4 tbsp butter (don’t be shy, it’s Father’s Day)

4 cloves garlic, finely minced

Salt & cracked black pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for that fancy finish

Optional: sprinkle of grated parmesan because you’re extra

Instructions:

1. Boil egg noodles according to the package—don’t overcook ‘em!

2. While those are bubbling, melt the butter in a pan and gently sauté the garlic till golden and fragrant (not burnt, garlic drama is not on today’s menu).

3. Drain noodles, toss them right into that buttery garlic goodness, stir to coat every glorious strand.

4. Season, sprinkle with parsley, maybe a little cheese—chef’s choice.
