 Candy And Caramel Apple Recipes 🍏

1. Classic Caramel Apples Recipe 


Ingredients:

- 6 medium apples (Granny Smith or Gala work well)

- 1 package (11 oz) caramel candies, unwrapped

- 2 tablespoons milk or cream

- Assorted toppings (chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.)


Instructions:

1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Remove the stems and insert a wooden stick into the top of each apple where the stem was.


2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.


3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unwrapped caramel candies and milk or cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the caramels are melted and smooth.


4. Dip each apple into the melted caramel, turning and using a spoon to coat evenly. Allow excess caramel to drip off back into the bowl.


5. Immediately roll the caramel-coated apples in your choice of toppings while the caramel is still warm and sticky.


6. Place the caramel apples on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set the caramel.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Remove the stems and insert a wooden stick into the top of each apple where the stem was.


2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.


3. Melt the candy melts or chocolate chips according to the package instructions, either in the microwave or using a double boiler.


4. Dip each apple into the melted candy or chocolate, turning and using a spoon to coat evenly. Allow excess coating to drip off back into the bowl.


5. Immediately roll the coated apples in your choice of toppings while the coating is still warm and sticky.


6. Place the candy-coated apples on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set the candy/chocolate coating.
